Meryl

A true force of nature, Meryl plays many different roles, e.g. singer, songwriter, rapper, and topliner, with panache. Born in Martinique, she left everything behind with 15 euros in her pocket to try and live off her art in Paris. The challenge was met with her first single, Agression Textuelle, which drew attention for its vocal prowess and musical versatility. But it was with the hit Béni in 2019 that her career really took off. Trap, rap, reggae, pop—no style can withstand her talent, and her collaborations with leading figures on the French rap scene (JUL, Soprano, SCH, etc.) are legion. Her unique lyrics, a mix of Creole and French, embody determination, power, and audacity. Meryl has already left an indelible mark on the hearts of her fans, and she’s just getting started!
