Electronic Jazz
Jeff Mills, a living legend of electronic music and a Detroit techno pioneer, has been pushing the boundaries of the genre since the 1980s. The Axis Records founder with over 70 albums to his name, seamlessly blends techno with contemporary art and sci-fi aesthetics. His project Tomorrow Comes the Harvest, initially created with Afrobeat icon Tony Allen (Fela Kuti’s legendary drummer), fuses electronic music with improvisation. Following Allen’s passing, Mills continues the journey with P. Edouard and J-P. Dary, shaping an organic, mystical sound that transcends all borders.
