Five for Tango - Quatuor Voce & Jean-Baptiste Henry

For the past twenty years, Voce have been developing their polymorphous and adventurous idea of the string quartet. Alongside Breton bandoneonist Jean-Baptiste Henry, who has toured Europe with Juan José Mosalini’s Grand Orchestre de Tango, Voce set off in the footsteps of the great Argentine masters including Anibal Troilo, Horacio Salgán, Alfredo Gobbi, Julio Sosa, and, of course, Astor Piazzolla. Theirs is a music of the world, shaped by migration, diversity, and cultural exchange between Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
